Weekend Getaway

No pics yet, I'm waiting for an upgrade in my Google storage.....this happens alot when you go on exotic trips and take >500 pics each time. We had a really nice week-end. We went to a lovely Bed & Breakfast in Burlington, WI. We like to do this for a couple of reasons. We like to support small business owners and we love meeting new people. The suite was great. We had the entire upper floor of the carriage house. We had a sitting room, a bedroom, hot tub and our own entrance. We joined people in the main home for breakfast. The food was amazing and their motto is to serve chocolate with every breakfast..Yum!

The first night we walked around Lake Geneva and just window shopped. I did buy a teacup and saucer. The rest of the time, we took long drives, read and rested and crocheted. (well, I did anyway :). We also played Blokus and I NEVER win. That happens when you marry "up" Ha! Today, we visited a bit with family and now Paul is napping again. We have very busy work schedules ahead so we are getting mentally prepared. I'll post pics when I can!
